Company Overview
Arista is the umbrella brand for our four trading companies – Petrotec Services Ltd, Petrotec Developments Ltd, Pipetec Construction Ltd and Fuel Systems NZ Ltd, and our sole agencies for Banlaw high flow refueling systems and LogiTank above ground storage tanks.
Petrotec Services was established in 1987, but underwent new ownership and management changes in 2007. Since then it has become a major construction and contracting company operating in the fuel industry.
Petrotec Developments was formed in 1992 as an assets owning company. This company enables us to own and operate strategic gas and fuel infrastructure for major blue chip companies.
Pipetec Construction was established in 2009 following the purchase of its then competitor Project Design and Construction 2007 Ltd. The pipelines division of Petrotec Services was migrated and marketed under this more role recognisable brand. Pipetec covers all aspects of gas and liquid pipework systems in the water services and gas infrastructure markets from bulk liquid supplies to reticulation systems.
Fuel Systems was established in April 2011 following the purchase of Fuel Systems Ltd, a Dunedin based company specialising in servicing the fuel industry in the lower South Island.
The Arista brand has been introduced to better market the full range of our capabilities, products and services in the various markets that we operate. Arista means 'striving for the best'. The key business goals of the management team are; meeting shareholder expectations, providing customer excellence and maintaining a continuous improvement ethos.
Arista has its head office in Christchurch, a branch in Dunedin and representation in Nelson, Oamaru and Wellington, and with our mobile team we will travel to any location to undertake project work. We currently employ 27 staff and have developed relationships with a number of contractors who we can engage if necessary for larger project work.
